Academic Privatizaion completed the first privately owned and conventionally financed courthouse specifically constructed for the Maryland Department of Justice. The public-private partnership involves a collaborative venture between the Maryland Department of General Services, District Court of Maryland, Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, Maryland Department of Justice and the Maryland Department of Economic Development(DBED).
The Project was a fast track development which was syndicated, finanaced, and developed including design leasing and providing tenant fit-up in one year.
